Bookings run from Friday to Friday

*The 2 Christmas Weeks are not always necessarily a Friday to Friday

and are worked to make a changeover day between Christmas and the New Year

Short Breaks - Last minute bookings Easter to September only

(subject to availability). October to April from as little as

£20 per head per night. Please Enquire

Rates are per week including all linen, towels, electric,

central heating and coarse fishing.

•         Deposit of 30% of the total
•         First Dog is charged at £10 a week, £5 a week for further dogs.
•         Payable within 4 days of a phone booking will confirm that booking.
•         Balance to be paid 28 days prior to occupation.

Your accommodation will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Would guests please vacate their accommodation by

10.00 am on the day of departure.

We would be happy to alter these times if possible to suit you.
